Abstract: Life table studies, viz. age specific and survival of B. mori on the two different hosts i.e. S-146 and TR-10 species of mulberry plant (Murus alba) under natural condition carried out at Sericulture Research Demonstration and Training unit, Department of Entomology, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University of Agriculture & Technology, Meerut during 2016-17 indicate that the insect preferred all the two hosts species out of these S-146 were found most suitable food for the overall growth and development of B. mori.
