Abstract: The investigation was conducted at Model Floriculture Center of G. B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar during 2016-17 and 2017-18. This experiment was laid out in three factorial completely randomized design with eighteen treatment combinations under two protected conditions i.e., polyhouse (PC₁) and shade net house (PC₂) conditions, three irrigation levels i.e., V Epan (I₁), 0.8 V Epan (I₂) and 0.6 V Epan (I₃) and three fertilizer levels i.e., 120 (F₁), 100 (F₂) and 80 (F₃) per cent of RDF. The results based on the year 2016-17, 2017-18 and pooled data. The maximum cost of cultivation (Rs. 376.75 only) was estimated in treatment combination PC₂I₁F₁. The maximum gross return (Rs. 660.00 only) was estimated in treatment combinations PC₁I₁F_1, PC₁I₁F_2, PC₁I₁F_3, PC₁I₂F_1, PC₁I₂F₂ and PC₁I₂F₃while, minimum cost (Rs. 495.00) of cultivation was noted in treatment combinations PC₁I₃F_1, PC₁I₃F_2, PC₁I₃F_3, PC₂I₃F_1, PC₂I₃F₂ and PC₂I₃F₃ during both years and pooled data. The maximum net return (Rs. 310.99, 317.27 and 314.13 only, respectively) was found in treatment combination PC₁I₂F₃ however, the lowest net return (Rs. 157.81, 166.38 and 162.09 only, respectively) was calculated in treatment combination PC₂I₃F₃. The maximum benefit-cost ratio (1.89, 1.93 and 1.90) was recorded in treatment combination PC₁I₂F₃ while, minimum benefit-cost ratio (1.45, 1.48 and 1.46) was noted in treatment combinations PC₂I₃F_1.
