Effect of FYM and organic solutions on yield and Quality of chilli (Capsicum annum L.)

Abstract:
A Field experiment was conducted during kharif season of 2018-19 at Research Experimental field, School of Agricultural sciences, G.H. Raisoni University, M.P. The experiment was laid out in a Factorial Randomized Block Design, comprising twelve treatment combinations. The results indicated that Significantly higher number of fruits per plant, weight of hundred dry Chilli fruits, dry Chilli fruit yield were recorded with treatment RDF (M2) and was on par with treatment FYM equivalent to RDN + RDFYM (M3) except fruit length, ascorbic acid and oleoresin content. Similarly, significantly higher number of fruits per plant, weight of hundred dry Chilli fruits, dry Chilli fruit yield, ascorbic acid and oleoresin content was recorded with treatment Jeevamrut (O2) and was at par with treatment Beejamrut + Jeevamrut + Amrutpani (O3) except fruit length.
