Ayurvedic management of tamak swasa in children: A single case study

Abstract:

Tamaka Swasa is one of the Pranavaha Srotho Vikara. According to Charaka Samhita it's far taken into consideration as Yapya Vyadhi (palliative ailment), even as Sushruta Samhita considered it as Krichchra Sadhya Vyadhi (difficult to therapy), consequently right line of remedy and implementation of outstanding lifestyle is essential for high-quality of life. Presently a strive has been made to discover the efficacy of such formulations in lowering the signs and symptoms of Tamaka Swasa. A case of 9-yr-old boy presented with the signs and symptoms of issue in respiration, chest pain, cough with whitish colour sputum, Tamaka Swasa was treated by means of Ayurvedic drugs and marked improvement seen. After 4 weeks of follow up no episodes of above proceedings were stated.
