The study aimed to explore the phytochemical composition in leaves of Pentatropis nivalis (J.F. Gmel.) D.V. Field & J.R.I. Wood. Leaves extract using Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS) analysis. Pentatropis nivalis (J.F. Gmel.) D.V. Field & J.R.I. Wood were used for methanol extract, then the extracts were subjected to LC-MS for comprehensive phytochemical screening. The analysis revealed a diverse array of compound like Choline chloride, 3-Pyridylacetic acid and 4-Amino-2methylenebutanoic acid. Including the secondary metabolites such as alkaloids, flavonoids, terpenoids and phenolic compounds. The presence of bioactive compounds with potential medicinal properties suggests that Pentatropis nivalis (J.F. Gmel.) D.V. Field & J.R.I. Wood could be a valuable resources for the development of pharmaceuticals. LC-MS screened compounds in Pentatropis nivalis (J.F. Gmel.) D.V. Field & J.R.I. Wood having the lot of potential to cure health disease. Screening of bioactive compound providing a foundation for the utilization of Pentatropis nivalis (J.F. Gmel.) D.V. Field & J.R.I. Wood in traditional medicine and drug discovery.
