Panduroga is known to Indians since ancient times. Panduroga is pale yellowish discolouration of skin, sclera which occurs due to Rasa and Rakta dhatu dushti. In Panduroga tridosha gets vitiated but predominace is of Pitta dosha. Panduroga can be correlated with Iron deficiency anaemia. Globally anaemia affects 1.62 billion people, which corresponds to 24.8% of the population. Hence as a PG Scholar it is important to study all aspects of Panduroga. So most importan motive of this article is to present a case study on how to manage Panduroga with Ayurvedic treatment. Three principle of treatment are mentioned in Charaka Samhita of which only Yuktivyapashraya method is going to be used in this study. Pandu can be managed with Ayurvedic preparations like Lauhadi vati, Navayas loha which will help to decrease symptoms like Panduta, Daurbalya, Hrutspandana, Pindikodweshtana, Hrutspanadana, Akshikutshotha, Shirshoola.
In Panduroga pitta dosha gets vitiated predominantly hence mrudu virechan works best to decrease pitta dushti.
