Aloe vera and Carica papaya are botanicals that have gained longstanding recognition for their nutritional and therapeutic roles, especially in digestive support, antioxidative action, and immune regulation. This review evaluates their suitability for incorporation into a herbal teabag formulation by examining their phytochemical profiles, pharmacological properties, and potential synergy when combined. Scientific literature from PubMed, Google Scholar, and related databases was consulted using keywords such as “Aloe vera”, “Carica papaya”, “herbal tea”, and “phytoconstituents”. Although both plants are promising candidates for functional beverages, their application in teabag technology requires further refinement in areas such as standardization, sensory acceptability, dosage consistency, and human clinical validation. Overall, Aloe vera and papaya together may offer a beneficial herbal infusion; however, additional research is essential to optimize formulation strategies and ensure product quality.
