Cost benefit analysis of tomato nursery raising

Abstract:
This research paper discusses the various costs and benefits in open field type nursery as well as in shade net type nursery raising of tomato crops. The study revealed that input cost in high in shade net nursery than open field type nursery in tomato seedlings raising. This is due to more quantity of seed requirement in shade net nursery and also due to shade net construction charges. The study also come with the conclusion that shade net type nursery raising of tomato seedling was more profitable than the open field type nursery raising in study area.
