Abstract: <em>Stevia rebaudiana</em> Bertoni is a shrub which is known for non-caloric natural sweetener called stevioside, which is the main component for its sweetness. The present experiment was conducted to analyze effect of concentrations of plant growth hormone (GA₃) and nitrogen on growth, physiological parameters and yield in <em>Stevia rebaudiana</em>. The result revealed that at harvest (90 DAT), maximum internodal length and plant spread was recorded at G₃(500 ppm). The maximum leaf area and leaf area index was recorded at G₂(300 ppm). Whereas, the highest dry leaf yield per hectare (1.83 t) was recorded at G₁(Manual deflowering). At harvest, the maximum internodal length, leaf area, leaf area index and dry leaf yield per hectare (1.80 t) was recorded at 120 Kg N per hectare (N₂).
