Abstract:
A field experiment was conducted at College Farm, College of Agriculture, Professor Jayashankar Telangana state agricultural university, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad during
kharif season of 2016. The experiment was laid out in split-plot design with 15 treatments replicated thrice to study the effect of establishment method and weed management practices on soil properties of rice. There was no significant effect of different rice establishment methods and weed management practices on physical and chemical properties like N, P2O5, K2O, pH, electrical conductivity, CEC, organic carbon, Bulk density and hydraulic conductivity.
