Abstract:
The growth regulating substances
viz.,Indol Acetic Acid (IAA at 100 ppm, 150 ppm and 200 ppm, 250 ppm), Gibberlic acid (GA
3 at 100 ppm, 150 ppm ,200 ppm and 250ppm). Concentrations were applied as foliar spray 30 DAS. Application of IAA and GA
3 increases the plant height as compared to control. No. of leaves, Leaf area, Leaf dry weight, Stem dry weight and Total dry weight are increased due to application of IAA and GA
3 over control but IAA at 100 ppm and GA
3 150ppm is most significantly effective than all rest of treatments.
