Abstract: The aim of this study is to detect the phytochemicals with bioactivity present in the methanol extract of bark, flower, leaf and seed of Madhuca indica by GC-MS analysis. The GC-MS analysis of the methanol extract of bark, flower, leaf and seed revealed the presence of 42, 38, 46 and 39 phytochemicals respectively. This study forms a basis for the biological depiction and prominence of the compounds identified.
