Abstract: In the face of climate change, understanding climatic impacts on crop production is essential for identifying solutions, which will improve current food production and for increasing the adaptability of these systems in the future. The aim of this paper is to evaluate the impact of seasonal climatic variability on crop yield. Consequently, recommendations will be made to help ameliorate the current agricultural production systems in an effectual and efficient adaptation to future climate variability.
