Abstract: In planting densities the maximum score for colour and appearance (4.18), taste (4), flavour (4), texture (4.31) and Overall acceptability (4.12) was noticed in the treatment M6. Similar trend was noticed in another experiment also. In pruning intensities the maximum score for colour and appearance was noticed in the treatment S2 (4.37) followed by S3, the maximum score for taste and flavour was noticed in the treatment S3 (4.08 and 4) which was on par with S2. The maximum score for overall acceptability was noticed in the treatment S2 (4.09) which was on par with S3. However, the minimum score was noticed in S4 (3.59). Time of pruning and interaction effect showed non significant with respect to all parameters.
