Abstract:
Increased concentration of gibberellic acid combined with 120 percent of recommended dose of fertilizers as fertigation significantly increased the internodal length and in turn plant height, mean number of branches per plant and plant spread respectively. Though all the varieties positively responded for the treatments but variety Grand gala produced significantly superior quality of growth when plants were treated with 120 per cent of fertigation in combination with 300 ppm of GA3.
