Abstract: The present investigation was conducted in sehore district of M.P with an aim to identify the level of adoption of improved soybean varieties by the soybean growers and association between the profile characteristics of soybean growers with their adoption of improved soybean varieties. For this 130 soybean growers were selected as a respondents through proportionate random sampling method. The major findings of the study showed that out of total respondents, 48.45 per cent had medium adoption level, followed by 33.85 per cent had low and only 17.70 per cent had low adoption level of improved variety of soybean.
