Abstract:

All the Asthamaharoga, Bhagandara is the most challenging to cure. In line with Ayurveda. Unhealthy granulation tissue lines the fistula in ano, an aberrant communication channel between the anal canal and the perianal area. The main cause of fistula in ano is disturbed bowel and food habits brought on by an inactive lifestyle. conservative management of fistula is completely ineffective. Surgical intervention is essential in allopathy. However, not all cases of fistula in Ano respond well to surgical treatment because they may recur after a while. Thus, Ksharsutra treatment from Ayurveda, the Science of Life, is the only hope for patients with fistula in Ano. The idea behind Ksharsutra is, a medicated thread, is to cut the tract, scrape away the unhealthy granulation tissue, and allow the tract to heal.
